不锈钢玻璃门一般无门框，只有上下金属门夹，或只在角部为安装轴部分金属件铰接的地弹簧来实现。

Stainless steel glass doors generally have no door frame, only upper and lower metal door clips, or only ground springs hinged on the metal parts of the installation shaft at the corners.

1、门扇安装前，地面地弹簧与门框顶面的定位销应定位安装完毕，两者必须同轴线。安装时用吊垂线检查，确保地弹簧转轴与定位销的中心线在同一垂直线上。

1. Before installing the door leaf, the ground spring and the positioning pin on the top surface of the door frame should be positioned and installed, and both must be aligned with the same axis. During installation, use a suspension line to check and ensure that the center line of the ground spring shaft and the positioning pin is on the same vertical line.

2、安装玻璃门扇上下门夹：把上下金属门夹分别装在玻璃门扇下下两端，并测量门扇高度。如果门扇的上下边距门横框及地面的缝隙超过规定值，即门扇高度不够，可在上下门夹内的玻璃底部垫木夹板条。如果门扇高度超过安装尺寸，则需裁去玻璃扇的多余部分。若为钢化玻璃则需按安装尺寸重新定制。

2. Install the upper and lower metal door clips on the glass door leaf: Install the upper and lower metal door clips on the lower and lower ends of the glass door leaf, and measure the height of the door leaf. If the gap between the upper and lower edges of the door leaf and the door transom and the ground exceeds the specified value, that is, the height of the door leaf is not enough, wood splint strips can be padded at the bottom of the glass in the upper and lower door clips. If the height of the door leaf exceeds the installation size, the excess part of the glass leaf needs to be cut off. If it is tempered glass, it needs to be customized according to the installation size.

3、固定玻璃门扇上下门夹：定好门扇高度垢，在厚玻璃与金属上下门夹内的两侧缝隙处，同时插入小木条，轻敲稳实，然后在小木条、厚玻璃、门夹之间的缝隙中注入玻璃胶。

3. Fix the upper and lower door clips of the glass door leaf: Set the height of the door leaf to scale, and insert small wooden strips into the gaps on both sides of the thick glass and metal upper and lower door clips. Gently tap and firmly, then inject glass glue into the gaps between the small wooden strips, thick glass, and door clips.

4、门扇定位安装：先将门框横梁上的定位销用本身的调节螺钉调出横梁平面2mm；再玻璃门扇竖起来，把门扇下门夹内的转动销连接件的孔位对准地弹簧的转动销轴，并转动门扇将孔位套入销轴上；然后把门扇转动90度使之与门框横梁成直角，把门扇上门夹中的转动连接件的孔对准门框横梁上的定位销，调节定位销的调节螺钉，将定位销插入孔内15mm左右。

4. Door leaf positioning installation: First, adjust the positioning pin on the door frame crossbeam out of the crossbeam plane by 2mm using its own adjustment screw; Raise the glass door leaf vertically, align the hole position of the rotary pin connector inside the lower door clip of the door leaf with the rotary pin axis of the ground spring, and rotate the door leaf to fit the hole position onto the pin axis; Then rotate the door leaf 90 degrees to form a right angle with the crossbeam of the door frame. Align the hole of the rotating connector in the door leaf clamp with the positioning pin on the crossbeam of the door frame, adjust the adjustment screw of the positioning pin, and insert the positioning pin into the hole by about 15mm.

5、安装玻璃门拉手：全玻璃门扇上的拉手孔洞，一般在裁割玻璃时加工完成。拉手连接部分插入洞口时不能过紧，应略有松动；如插入过松，可在插入部分裹上软质胶带。安装前在拉手插入玻璃的部分涂上少许玻璃胶。拉手组装时，其根部与玻璃靠紧密后再拧紧固定螺钉，以保证拉手没有松动现象。

5. Installing glass door handles: The handle holes on the full glass door leaf are usually processed during glass cutting. When inserting the connecting part of the handle into the hole, it should not be too tight and should be slightly loose; If the insertion is too loose, soft tape can be wrapped around the insertion part. Apply a small amount of glass glue to the part where the handle is inserted into the glass before installation. When assembling the handle, tighten the fixing screws after the base is tightly against the glass to ensure that the handle is not loose.
